Have you ever wondered why you seem to “get on” so much better with some people rather than others? It could be that you have the same personality-type preferences which makes communication and “getting on” that bit easier.
This one day workshop isn’t about pigeon-holing, but about gaining an insight into the differences between personality type preferences and looking at how this may impact on your (and others?) approach to different situations. It’s a great session to attend if you’re interested in finding out more about yourself and how you impact on others.
Working to the strengths of your personality: Wednesday 18 November 2009, 09:30 – 17:00 John Owens Building, Oxford Road Campus
This session will provide an insight into your personality type using Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and how this affects your approach to dealing with different people, situations and issues. By considering your personal preferences and understanding how others are different you will gain an insight into working most effectively with a range of people and situations. This session will be delivered by Jamie McDonald, an external consultant from Skyward Coaching & Development.
