The Sustainable Consumption Institute seeks two Research Associates to join a team of scholars to work on a two year research project entitled Modeling Consumer Behaviour. The project, which has a specific focus on food consumption, will systematically investigate the predictive capacity of the core theoretical models of consumer behaviour from Economics, Sociology and Psychology. One post will assist with the quantitative analysis of expenditure data, the other with the collection and analysis of qualitative data. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Economics, Sociology or Psychology and relevant methodological experience.
Both posts are tenable from 1 February 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter for a fixed-term of two years.
