Forthcoming Methods@Manchester events

Two Methods@manchester events have already been scheduled for early next academic year:

Workshop: Life Journey – Thursday 16 September, 1.00 – 4.00pm

Venue: Room G.30/31, Arthur Lewis Building

Andrew Irving of Anthropology, will run a workshop on “Life Journey: ethnographic methods that merge art and collaborative anthropology in pursuit of a better understanding of disease, death and dying”.

Methods Fair – Wednesday 29 September, 9.30 – 5.00pm

Venue: MANDEC Manchester Dental Education Centre

Come and find out about the research methods being used across the social sciences; get advice on specific methods; find out about resources available. There is still time to offer a poster – prizes for the three best posters will be presented on the day.

In addition, the ‘What is…?’ talks will commence again on October 7th with:
