UoM Careers Service wins national award for the Academic Careers website

The University of Manchester won the Times Higher Education Supplement Award for Supporting Early Career Researchers last week.

The University’s Careers Service won the annual award for its Academic Careers website, which is designed to help PhD students and early career staff to explore what makes a successful academic, how to get into academia, and what an academic career is really like. There’s always stiff competition, and UoM beat the likes of Nottingham, Sheffield, Bath, Queen Mary, London and Strathclyde to scoop the award.
